I made a transfer through the app using a provider recommended by Beans and the money never arrived. Their own providers confirmed it is a platform issue, but after more than a month there is still no solution or refund. Customer support is very poor. I do not recommend this app.

While I've generally enjoyed using the Beans application, I am disappointed with the delay I've experienced in processing withdrawals i made a withdrawal yesterday around 8:00 AM to my local bank but i haven't received the money in my account up to date. Timely access to funds is crucial, and this delay has caused some inconvenience. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a smoother and more reliable withdrawal process in the future.
