About this app

ServGround Field is the technician companion app for businesses that run on ServGround. It puts a technician's assigned work — and everything needed to complete it — on their phone.

Sign in with your work email — the app emails you a one-time code each time you log in, so there's nothing to remember and no password to lose. Your account is set up by your employer.

YOUR SCHEDULE
See the jobs assigned to you in Today, Week and List views, grouped by day. Each job shows the customer, the service address, the scheduled time window and its current status at a glance. Search across your jobs, filter by upcoming, active or overdue, and pull to refresh — or let the app update itself when new work is assigned.

GET THERE
Tap any job for turn-by-turn directions in your preferred maps app. When your office has planned an optimized route for the day, see the total stops, drive time and distance, and open the whole route in one tap to work the stops in order.

KEEP THE OFFICE AND CUSTOMER UPDATED
Move each job through its stages as the day goes: on my way, arrived, working, and complete. Tapping "I'm on my way" can share an estimated arrival time so the customer knows when to expect you — no phone call needed. Need a different day? Request a reschedule right from the job.

CAPTURE THE WORK
Take before, during, after and issue photos directly on the job. Dictate field notes with your voice instead of typing with gloves on — the app transcribes them for you. Everything attaches to the job and is immediately visible to the office.

MESSAGE THE OFFICE
Send and receive messages about a specific job with your own company's office. It's a private, job-scoped channel — no public posts, no messaging between technicians, and no contact with strangers.

STAY IN SYNC
Optionally connect your Google or Outlook calendar so assigned jobs appear alongside the rest of your day. Get push notifications when a job is assigned to you, when your schedule changes, and when the office sends a message.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
Your schedule stays readable when signal drops and syncs again when you reconnect. Optional fingerprint or face unlock keeps customer details private if you hand your phone over.

BUILT FOR SPECIALIZED FIELD WORK
Depending on how your company has set up ServGround, some teams get extra tools — like on-site AI photo analysis that gives environmental technicians initial guidance in the field, with a licensed professional always making the final call.
