I've been using this app every week for 4 months, and it has always worked reliably for me. The only annoying thing is the amount of notifications I get. When I place an order and redeem an offer, I will get a notification that I redeemed the offer, then another notification that I earned points which are pending, then another notification that my points have been updated. These all come in rapid succession, and each mobile notification is accompanied by an email saying the same thing. Here's the worst part: Although the app goes waaaay out of its way to alert me about all these trivial details, half the time when I arrive at the store, my order isn't ready because it is still sitting on the printer which nobody in the kitchen was watching. Those are the people who need to get a bazillion notifications to wake them up!

App is ok. A little finicky in some small ways - i.e. Looking at a specific item, then hitting back to go to the list, it goes up to the top instead of staying at the item; it emptied my "bag" when I switched away from the app for a minute - but overall it's good. At least you're able to place an order which deserves at least 2 stars when you consider the other restaurant apps out there.

Update: 10/5/2021 - I still don't like this app. :/ - You can't change your phone number - its locked. - You have to create a new account with a different email address to change your phone number. And that probably means you lose any rewards with the old account. - The Offers given for signing up with the app must be redeemed in store, not in the app. o_0 But store dining rooms are closed right now. So the offers are worthless. I've given this app multiple tries over the last 2 years, but still haven't placed an order with it. Why make things so difficult? 9/2/2020: Can't signup using the web site or the app. Update: 9/9/2020 - Apparently they fixed the signup page, but none of the offers they advertised for signing up are available inside the app. Pretty bad experience so far, and I haven't even ordered yet.
