The overall app seems fine, but when I go to place an order it refused to accept my card. All info is placed correctly and funds are available. It just says it won't accept it. I use a standard visa checking/credit and it refuses to take. Would probably rate higher, but aside from being a mobile menu and store location provider. It's quite useless.

Poorly designed app. In the beginning, when the app had trouble shooting, I couldn't order through the app and sign into my TC rewards account. A few weeks ago, when the app got updated, it was working well. Now, when I try to sign in with my Facebook account, there's a message on Facebook saying that it's currently updating the troubleshooting, so Facebook log in is unavailable. So that made me disappointed in their app. TC keep on having updating issues it's not convenient or worth downloading

They food is good considering its fast food. The issue is they always seem to forget 1 item every single time I order for delivery. I've told them but I have to go to the location and pick up the item myself (defeats the purpose of delivery). Another time our steak fajita family meal was completely charred, and as tough as beef jerky. I complained to the restaurant and was told to bring my receipt to the restaurant for a replacement, which I did a month later but was told I waited too long!!
