The app design is aesthetical and the support is effective and fast. The reception of money via Wise takes just some hours with no commission. But the swap rates sometimes can be quite bad. As for sending dollars to an Euro account or the change for dollars to Bolivians. Good rates for Argentina though.

my first transaction (deposit) is pending for more than 1 hour. Automatic response help told me that can delay up to 7 days to be processed. I need this money. The help is not answering. The password screen fail.

Every time I launch the app it asks for my pin, even though I setup biometrics. and every time I setup biometrics again. and every once in a while, it decides to log me out. other than that, it works fine, but c'mon it's 2026; login and biometrics should not be an issue in any app. Also, crypto transfers resulted delays a while back, then a couple of months ago they started failing (error 400) even though a minute later the transfer completes... looks like some timeouts need adjusting.
