Ratings and reviews

Every time I launch the app it asks for my pin, even though I setup biometrics. and every time I setup biometrics again. and every once in a while, it decides to log me out. other than that, it works fine, but c'mon it's 2026; login and biometrics should not be an issue in any app. Also, crypto transfers resulted delays a while back, then a couple of months ago they started failing (error 400) even though a minute later the transfer completes... looks like some timeouts need adjusting.

Shameful, they owe me a refund for a failed transaction and I've been waiting well over a month for it. they are keeping money from me, it's not right.

Identification process never succeeded, after I contacted customer service for help since everything was in order on my end, They shrugged it off by saying it was because of the nationality of my ID. If you have an app it is because you and only you are responsible for its operations, even when you have to use third-party gateways.
