I switched over to the app when it became a necessary security check when logging in to Bendigo Bank accounts from a browser. I have used this for a few months and while it did work correctly in the beginning for the last month or so there have been issues. When logging in it sends a prompt you need to tap to log on. Tapping this prompt either does nothing or the spinning circle loading icon just sits there. Only way to resolve is to uninstall and re-install the app.

Absolute shite. If I could give zero stars I would. What is it with banks that MAKE you download their app for an 'improved' service, only for said service to be ten times worse or non-existent. Waiting endless hours for app to register it's me on my other device. I don't want this app. It doesn't work. And my security is compromised, not improved. You made me install it and now i can't access my own money. Thanks

Got a new phone, every app I have transferred and works perfectly except Bendigo app. Same problem as everyone else, can't input more than 8 characters in for my password, changed it to 8 characters and it still won't recognise the password, keep having to enter another access code. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times as well at restarted my phone, all to no avail, hopeless!!!
