Please do better Just Fab! I continue to be disappointed by the efficiency of the app. Nothing works - nothing daves to my favorites or save for later. often items never go into my bag/cart - now I cant remove items from the cart to make a purchase. After the app not being accessible or functional for months I asked for an expired credit to be reinstated and now I cant even use it. Please do better Just Fab!

I liked this at first. I liked the deals and having the option to skip a month. Now nothing works. the app won't load despite updating and reinstalling it. Due to this i was not able to skip and got charged when I didn't want it. The credits are kind a useless. I spend $50 on a credit and it only applied to one item and not the order. In some cases it is cheap to buy an item without a credit and save it for something else. Use the website. That is slightly better.

The app/ company went downhill. I have been a VIP customer for many years as of 1st of October 2025, the app and website are having issues logging me in. Once I'm logged in, it won't let me skip this month. There is no chat help anymore, I have emailed with no response. I'm trying to cancel my membership and can't get a hold of anyone. Today I've been on their customer support number for 1 hour and 20 mins with on one connecting. I'm beyond frustrated. Before customer service was so good ..
