It's frustrating to read that the problems I'm experiencing today, were the same issues others were having back in late 2025. Seems like they don't care about their customers or operating their online store properly, and that sucks because I've loved shopping on JustFab for YEARS!! My issues are that I can't log in, whether it be through the app or the website. I get as far as pressing the login option or after inputting my login info I press login and then... I get "the white screen of death"☠

I liked this at first. I liked the deals and having the option to skip a month. Now nothing works. the app won't load despite updating and reinstalling it. Due to this i was not able to skip and got charged when I didn't want it. The credits are kind a useless. I spend $50 on a credit and it only applied to one item and not the order. In some cases it is cheap to buy an item without a credit and save it for something else. Use the website. That is slightly better.

Had to download the app in order to skip the month because to do it online I click on the "sign in/get started" button and all it does it take you to sign UP, there is no sign IN. This month I go to the app to skip and when I click on the Sign In button it freezes up and won't do anything but a white screen. I did all of the "tech nerd" suggestions because I work in "tech nerd" field and nothing changed. So yep, canceled my membership.
