By far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. You offer a service and take it away because of your lack of effort as a company? Repeated issue, no communication from customer support, and you won't even try and communicate an issue with your customer until it's almost 3 days late

Really glad you guys have a App now, but the programmer for it really needs to refund you.. the login is either input your username/password every login, with no saved biometric or just bypassing asking for any of that and keeping you logged in without any username or password or biometric... you guys are great for loans but this app needs some serious help..

I just LOVE having to log in manually every time now and then having my biometrics enabled AGAIN, knowing I'll have to repeat the process the next time. Why can't I use my biometrics to log in like other apps? UPDATE - Just logged in manually and enabled biometrics for the 4th time this month.
