Ratings and reviews

As with all things Ait India, this app is terrible. It will not even open. I just dow unloaded and installed. When I start the app, it takes me to a page where the ONLY option is to "Update to the latest version", which takes me back to Google Play, where the only option is to Open the App, because it's already updated to the latest version, because i JUST downloaded it! So i press Open, and am then taken back to the app, where the only option is to Update!!! Infinite loop. Air India - FAIL!

Pathetic application. Seems to have been launched without testing. The app keeps crashing, login keeps failing despite of correct credentials. No way to access frequent flyer number. Please work on this better. It's tough to re-imagine flying, in case we aren't able to imagine an application, which Vistara (owned by the same company now) has done so seamlessly.

App lags a lot. If it can't search flights it blames you saying "Device seems offline, check your network" for both domestic and international flights. Search for anything and same error in all categories, baggage, airport transfer, boarding pass..... and all. Please hire some good app and website developer to compile and deploy a working environment.
