About this app

For charities, not-profits and government agencies that use Better Impact software to work better with their volunteers, donors, members or clients, the My Impact app is your mobile connection to them.

If you’re a volunteer, you can schedule yourself into shifts, check to see when you’re assigned and much more.

If you’re a donor, you can get updates on how your last donation investment has helped, view your previous donations, and get tax receipts.

If you’re a member, you can update your profile, keep up to date with member news and renew your membership.

If you’re a client, you can update your profile including important information for the organization helping you.

Please note that a MyImpact account is required in order to use this app.

Ratings and reviews

It's pretty infuriating to use. Every time (many times a day) I open the app, I have to log in again. Just add a custom "time out"/"auto logout after" setting in preferences (and let us change it to NEVER). The other thing is if you go to a future date, then click an activity, then go "back", it takes you ALL THE WAY back to the current day, rather than the day you were looking at. UPDATE: new version changes the logo and doesn't fix any bugs. I recommend using the website rather than the app

Wish I could see the calender version of opportunities upcoming to sign up for because I prefer looking at them in that way. However it is easy to use and a good version compared to using a web browser and simple. WOULD BE BETTER IF... it could sync with your phone calendar to automatically add volunteer shifts to main phone calendar and I hope they read this and consider adding that.

I have no idea what has changed in 8 days cause no I can't see schedule, nor sign up for shifts cause its only the main page. You use to be able to go to "opportunities" to view everything and log your hours and your shift info and its just my main page of name and my own info. Sent an email and have not received any response. I tried on my iPad as well and same thing. I have Uninstalled then re-installed. No idea what is happening and I would like to see what volunteer shifts are open
