THINKING TOOLS
The app uses the POLICEMAN mnemonic — Personalization, Overgeneralization, Labeling, "I Should" rules, Conclusion jumping, Emotional reasoning, Maximising, All-or-nothing thinking, and Negative filtering. When you log what you were thinking during an urge, the app spots these patterns and guides you through challenging them.
YOUR PRIVACY
Everything stays on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no tracking. Your database is encrypted with SQLCipher. You can protect the app with a PIN or biometric lock, and delete all data at any time.
