The app is easy to use, but it has poor security. Screenshots can be taken of any page which is dangerous. No profile settings; to change info you have to physically go to the bank which is a pain. Bad customer service - limited menu options. When something else like "Change email" is put in it says "we didn't understand your request, try again". Must call or go in just to change your email 😕😕

Useless.. UPDATE: Now it works. After 6 years, I gave another try and now it works. Takes a little while to get used to if you are used to use the website, but at least where things are arranged in the app make more sense than in the website and you can make transactions now (6 years ago you could only see your account balance).

Ever since a new update came requiring me to add face ID, it has stopped me from using the app altogether because I can't get past the configuration screen. My phone doesn't have face ID natively. Only has fingerprint reader. The app simply does nothing, I put my face inside the marked space, yet it does nothing. Nothing at all. If this keep going, I might have to switch banks because of this app.
