Absolute POS. I only use it because there's no alternative app. It doesn't give notifications, it's slow, buggy and you have to manually log in every time you need to use it. It doesn't provide up to date status from my meters. It's compounded by the fact that the in home monitors frail when the wind changes direction and British Gas refuse to fix them. Additionally, the forced everybody to move their metres outside so you literally have to leave your home if you need to check them. Zero stars!!

If the app works, it's OK. It's just not user friendly in any way. It takes a ton of searching for the right option, messages for stuff like peak save disappear and then you have to go through several different menus to find it. It's not great. Slow to update meter amounts, so if you can't get to the meter to read it, or your smart meter isn't working, then you're buggered.

Terrible app. It crashes and doesn't work when you switch properties because it can only show one property at a time, if you move, expect no customer support or topup. It's full of bugs, errors, and unclickable buttons. Their account management for old and new systems is clunky, so they don't know which type of customer you are. It doesn't register meter readings. When you call customer service, they transfer you multiple times; expect a call to take an hour on average. All in all, terrible.
