Ratings and reviews

This app is so full of glitches, it would be better to just withdraw and redesign it. Did it really pass the testing phase? It kicks me out when I try to view any of my sales, and shows the shipping fees on my account twice with the wrong total. I can't filter and search in my own shop, which means managing my shop on the go is now impossible. I receive marketing push notifications that I specifically opted out of. Come on Bobshop, you can't have an app like this!

Leaving a 5 star review to bump up the rating, but as it is the app still does not work properly. If you want to remove a single item from a cart you can't, you have to remove everything and then add the items you want. Want to sort through a sellers listings? The Bobshop filter displays EVERY category(Home, Pet, X-rated etc.) even though a seller might only have listings in 1 category (Technology)

as a seller the app is ok,but sometimes it keeps the previous listing as I have closed them and secondly the issue of payout request it's frustrating, I've been asking for the payout and it says after 9am it'll be processed next business day cool, unfortunately the next business day the payout has been reversed which I don't understand why it has been reversed and all the documents needed have been submitted otherwise the app is good but the payout system is frustrating
