Ratings and reviews

I requested total funds withdrawal. Paid the demanded 50% fee. Then Bifrost support said that the bank required that I pay the full new amount requested for a "compliance review." After paying several fees including $80,000 to improve my "credit score," I do not have $600.000 needed to withdraw my original $400,000 (plus penalties). Support is unyielding.

Update 2026: I originally reviewed Bifrost in 2023 and said it was an amazing wallet, with my only real complaint being that my local currency wasn't available and I had to use USD. I've just checked again three years later and GBP is now supported! 🇬🇧 I've continued using Bifrost and recently had another very positive experience with their support team, who were responsive and genuinely helpful. Great wallet, and it's good to see it continuing to improve. 5 stars.
