I use the app only to check the availability of certain products. Well, it is disappointing, as all the assortments present in my branch of GO! are not listed in the app. Also, recently the app stopped adding and deleting products from the favourite list. The only thing that works well, so far from the functions I use, is registering my GO! account on the self-check counter.

The app is unbearably slow — every second request fails, and every first one takes forever. Sometimes the cart randomly empties itself, wasting a ridiculous amount of your time. Also, they deliver orders 2–4 hours later than the chosen time slot deadline, and 20% or more of the ordered items are out of stock every next order without exceptions. 🤦

What a disaster! We were super busy so we ordered stuff. They called twice to say that items on the list were not available, and because of that the amount of the order wasn't enough to justify the coupon we had, so they told us to order more. When they delivered after 5 hours one item was not what we ordered and they insisted we pay for that. Never again!
