A handy tool empowering consumers to verify authenticity of an ISI mark, Hallmark and CRS Registration marks on any item or a product. Just enter the licence number/HUID number/Registration number appearing on the product or item and get all the relevant details like name & address of manufacturer, validity of licence or registration, varieties covered in the scope of licence or registration, Brands included and current status of the licence or registration, purity of jewellery article, etc.
Got sub-standard product? Witnessed misuse of our marks? Came through a misleading claim of quality? Report these occurrences when and wherever observed through the app. Using the ‘Complaints’ feature of the app, you can register your grievances or complaints on the matters like: poor or sub-standard quality of marked products, misuse of our marks, misleading claims of quality or lacuna in our services. Through a simple user registration or OTP based login, simply select the type of complaint you want to register, fill the details of the complaint, preferably with evidences, through a well-designed and convenient forms and submit. Get acknowledgement of your complaint with a complaint number on your mobile number and email for future reference.
Our concerned department will take necessary action on your complaint and provide requisite redressal as per the latest guidelines in place.

Well the results are BIS CARE is so amazing and fast. It is very fast to fetch the data. It can be much better at user friendly User Interface, it seems like a bunch of data base are thrown into the users screen with some basic UI. Can It has be more User friendly and well arranged UI.

It doesn't let you check halmmarked articles truthfulness as claimed. You need to have license number of jewelers which is not marked on article. Hence one can not verify the authenticity of jewelers whose mark is applied on article. It doesn't even let us check HUID. They advertised in almost all leading newspapers about HUID details available on app. It remained available only for a day and their server was down for maintenance and even after two days feature doesn't work

This app is very good. This app can also save us from accidents at home. For example expiry dates of gas cylinders in the kitchen. charging expiry dates charging uses etc.
