Terrible. Switched because I had Kaspersky and that is no longer an option. Bitdefender has a bundle with this VPN so went for it because price was good. Added to my phone, PC and smart TV devices. If I use the kill switch even though it shows connected it is not and ends up blocking all traffic until I disconnect and reconnect manually. Some of my streaming services when VPN is on stopped working - won't play. I have selected all VPN patterns manually to see if it helps but has not.

Simple enough to use. It would be great if there were options to turn on and off automatically depending on which network you connect to - e.g when connecting to my insecure coffee shop - or even just a notification Update: as mentioned in the reply, there is auto-connect, but it's not always working (might be first time after phone is started) plus it does not disconnect when you leave the network, which would be good

I'm reading this low because as far as support goes bit defender is useless. I have apps that don't exist in my phone showing up in the tunneling. I could not find a phone number for help, I could not find an email for help, and I had to do a Google search just to find the phone number to get support. I have 6 days on my subscription that I'm canceling it. no customer period frequently asked questions is useless if your problem isn't listed. this is unacceptable.
