EDIT: Additionally this app will not work if you don't have an internet connection, making it essentially useless for logging into apps not requiring internet if you're in an area with no signal. I've been using Bitdefender's password manager for a while now. Just downloaded SecurePass and so far I'm off to an annoying start. It won't let me screenshot the recovery key. It keeps giving me an error when I try to download it as a PDF but it won't explain why, no solution to that problem at all.

I have been using Bitdefender for the past 13 plus years and love the VPN and virus protection. The password manager/securepass is a nightmare. Too often I had to sign back in, and at the moment I am completely locked out and have no access to the few passwords saved. I ha been cautious not to have saved too many passwords in it due to the problems experienced. I saved passkeys and have lost track of where the last one is. Frustrating 😠

From a user friendliness standpoint, it's a severe downgrade from Password Manager. You can import your passwords, but they're in a separate "zipped" folder with no way to extract them to the main dashboard. You can't copy the username and password from the main dashboard anymore. You consistently are required to enter the master password even if you have a PIN (may be for security but at least make master password frequency an option). Disappointed.
