worst experience... driver ask to come around 35 km far away.. can you cancel and refund the amount..today i booked ticket from madiwala to nagercoil.. he asked to come hosur.. how can be possible..

Had the worst experience with shyamoli travels. They cancelled the booking in last minute and just refunded the booking amount without any compensation. It was the festival season and I couldn't get any other bus in the last minute.
