Ratings and reviews

Pathetic service. The app doesn’t work properly, and the prices shown for Delhi to Kolkata in November are extremely high, around ₹8,000–₹10,000 each, want to know how is it possible? which is even more expensive than flight options. It feels like they are deliberately showing inflated prices. The Help Center in the app is also not working properly, making it even more difficult to get any assistance. Not Recommended ❌❌❌

Yesterday, I traveled from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. The BUS was already running almost 2 hours late.The staff did not allow passengers to use the bio-toilets. I asked three times if I could use the toilet just for urination, but they refused, saying there was no water and told me to wait until we reached the TOLL then you can go outside. Apart from this,everything else was good. However, not allowing passengers to use the toilet, especially for urination, was very inconvenient and disappointed.

very safe and travel friendly with shyamoli.. have been using their bus service from 3yrs... nice ambience and snacks along with water provided.. even has stops for washroom more than 3 times.. very friendly bus staff..
