Very disappointing experience — not recommended. Delivery took 2 hours and 20 minutes, which is unacceptable. Delivery fees were unreasonably high. One of the products (Dapadibo London Large) arrived spoiled and tasted sour. I called customer care 4 times, and each time they promised the branch would contact me, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, extremely poor service and quality. Definitely not ordering again.

not respecting delivery time + no customer service number or chat on the app + very expensive delivery fee

Delivery time +2h 😅 high delivery fees for more than 2 hours waiting.. this means "no respect for their customers"
