I have had my model for a year or two and it has been great. The app interface is a little clunky, and there are no instructions--there's a FAQ link in the menu that won't work while connected to the device (because it needs wifi) but also doesn't seem to connect after you switch back to your normal wifi. Instructions would be great. Other than that, it has been rock solid and really helpful with my ears.

Used Samsung screen capture to get images suitable for transfer, because I couldn't otherwise work out how to do it, (image format was not supported by WhatsApp). Wifi connected easily, once I understood you had to go back a couple of screens. Wax was too far in to dig out but being able to see where it is, and capture images, is useful to share with your ENT doctor.

It never redirects to the camera, even after successful wifi connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, used the provided QR code to install, and made sure I set it to the correct device (XLife X0). I waited a full minute and it never switched to the camera. I turned the device off and then back on multiple times, closed out of the app and reopened it, etc. I attempted to send feedback through the app, but just got errors that it failed to send.
