Ratings and reviews

Can't connect half the time, login doesn't work, costs WAY too much, storage is inadequate and additional storage is massively overpriced, Shadow PC randomly shuts down, and support is useless for anything but passing your logs to the trash can. Not one meaningful improvement in the several years I've used this service and it's now using out of date hardware that cannot keep up with the latest games. And to top it all off, half your games won't work because anti cheat software block all VMs.

Pretty decent way to get access to PC games on mobile. Only 3 stars for two reasons: 1: Good luck having a playable connection in most places. They only opperate a few hubs: One in Germany, two in France, one in Montreal, one in Oregon and one in DC. 2: Support is a fricken joke. Very limited opperating hours and they absolutely will push out your issue so as to not have to deal with it. More than 1 star because there is no monthly limit on how long you can be connected.

Not only there are usually appearing 'inconvenices' built into experience of this servise. Like reloading your stream from time to time to get your sound back, or reconnect it, so it wont stutter like crazy, but just yesterday they've rolled out an update that straight up cut your keys, controller and mouse (UDP). Support is simply abysmal, its just pathetic how bad it is. Basically non-existent. Can't recommend to any normal human being, who's not into a self-harm. Just don't bother.
