Worst app, not working. But hell lot of ads

This purchase was made y mistake as part ofa family account. Afamily member accidentally allowed or triggered the auto-renewal of the subscription. Idid notintend to continue this subscription and have not used the service after the charge. kindly request a refund for this accidental family purchase.

I am a regular Android user and recently someone used my account and subscribed to Universal Remote App and my payment of around of 2500pkr is subtracted from my abl account. As I didnot know about this and Didn't use this app. Kindly consider my request for the reversal of this payment Thankyou in anticipation
