terrible bank,why?because they are advertised to be instant, without complicated paperwork, BUT THAT IS A LIE , i closed my main account, the reason is that i applied for the red card and they did not even have the balls to tell me if it was rejected or approved, they just ghosted me , beside that the red card option completely vanished from the app. by law you are obligated to inform me if you rejected my application and can't just ghost the client!!!, i will complain to central bank

This is a complete disaster of an App and Service!! The app is very buggy. I opened my account a month ago and still haven't received the debit card. Their engagement team never responds and when you try to call them, it hangs up automatically. Not only that! It won't let me transfer money from the account because the app is dysfunctional!! Would give a zero. Would not recommend.
