Ratings and reviews

The application keeps getting frozen. It won't open until you wait forever. Doing a transaction on it takes very long time and sometimes it just doesn't run. I am really thinking of switching to another bank due to this!!

Very BAD system and support, I am trying to reset my password after changing my phone with no luck, I sent an email, I called the customer service, I visited a local branch all these attempts were unsuccessful and nobody was able to help me!!!

Finally it is fixed! I hope it stays that way and doesn't crash again with later updates and works like it used to before
