I have been critical of the app for over a year now, having one of the worst UI out of most Jordan banks... But for the past month the app keeps crashing, no matter how many time I uninstalled and installed it back again, same issue... With that I am officially giving you the worst app award... YOU NEED TO FIX THIS, ITS RIDICULOUS!!!! I have loan payments with the bank, and how can I do my banking with the only way to do it is through the application when it doesn't work????

The people working in customers support are very supportive .The app is fine and some services are superior compared to other banks. But some issues cause delays and reduce the efficiency of the app ,and take long time to resolve. Fior example, no options are provided to authenticate or verify transactions, ONLY OTP ,which is not enough due to various reasons. Many fin.apps have more than one option such as email or second password. Hope to consider such options 😌

The app becomes worst than ever, takes a lot of time to load , sometimes get stuck at the landing page, and needs manually to be switched off completely then relaunch few times to work. Overall it's slow and needs to be optimized.
