I had a very disappointing experience with NBI Banking. Their employees provide poor service and are not helpful at all when problems happen. The system itself is unreliable — our credit cards were suddenly blocked/burned for no clear reason. Instead of supporting their users, they make the process even more difficult. I do not recommend using this app or their banking services.

transaction history needs improvements. there are no details about the payments source/ shop/ location!! which is strange as it should be easy to implement and it's one of the purposes that people are using online banking and debit cards

unable to send money into international accounts, I attaching the code it's keep saying error or wrong code.
