REVISED: I have been using the app daily. The food is good and the service is somewhat reliable. The menu needs to be expanded. Some items are always out of stock. There's no roti meal combo at all. Delivery sometimes gets very delayed even without rain. Many times they miss out on food items (refund or redelivery is provided in these cases; it's just a hassle). Drinks always get spilled. sSlad box sometimes only has literally one slice of onion. Many times some items are rotten. And more...

Waste of time and worthless. The wait time always increases, they show it will come by 10 minutes, but never comes before 45-50 minutes. And if it comes, you never get your complete items, there will always be something missing. And with this pricey items, unprofessional business with fake promises, totally waste of my time and energy. Happened same with me 3 times in 7 days, totally worthless product. you always have to contact customer support for simple delivery. COMPLETE WORTHLESS.

The best thing that all apps should pick from this is that there are no surprises in the final bill. you pay what you see the cost of the dish entirely is! Prices inclusive of Taxes are the way to go! And ofcourse, they serve some of the best food I have ever had at the price points! wwwaaaayyyy better than wannabe restaurants and cloud kitchens in Bengaluru
