I love the convenience of getting groceries delivered at home. It saves time and headache of getting in checkout lines at shops. Grofers' prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. Once order is placed they keep you updated about progress. I have ordered with them 4-5 times & so far it has been a very good experience, I trust them to provide good quality green veggies. Customer service is good too. I recommend it highly.
*Update* - Thank you so much, Grofers for this kind gesture. My Grofers account is credited with the amount of 20% of my first purchase cash back offer. Which I did not get before and I had mentioned about. This was the real quick move by Grofers team to resolve the issue. I feel obliged. Thank you again!! 🙆 First purchse, and had a good experience with it. Delivery was prompt, and the quality of the product is great as if they are hand picked. But, couldn't get the 20% cash back offer as it was shown for the first purchse. Anyways, overall it is a good app.
Discounts are good but consecutively from last three orders they miss a few items from the order. Order gets delivered late. Customer care is always busy to reply timely. Just giving cashback won't do. We do not order on grofers to get cashback, we order to actually get it delivered. P.s. The problem still persist.. Now from last five consecutive orders they r missing items. Grofers, U can easily find my order details from my name. I can't give u details for all five orders here. But definitely they take customers for granted
1. Delivery happens atleast 30hrs later. compare it with amazon now which delivers in 2 hrs. 2. choice is kinda limited. For example, I like large karelas, while i get small karelas from grofers and i cant mention them to send two big ones instead of 5 smaller ones. Overall, I see more advantages and comfort in online shopping on grofers to the sunday market shopping or supermarket shopping.
I like the app and have been ordering all my groceries through grofers only. But couple of times had very bad experience like once they had delivered expired bad of rice which was rotten and second time cauliflower they delivered was completely rotten, but one good thing is that they returned it immediately after complaint. So overall good experience.
I have been ordering every week from grofers for the past 2 months, and pretty happy with the service and deliveries. They have been early sometimes, but never late. The range of products is less compared to bigbasket. But the prices are much better. Customer service is fast, to the point and they actually resolve any problems. Can you add an option to sort products by price? Highly recommended!! As you long as you continue with the excellent services, you can expect me to be your customer..
