The customer PAYS for an item -> Receives an EMPTY box -> The support team says; "I understand your point of view. If I were in your position, I would feel the same, but trust me, it is not possible from our end to cater to this request, as we have confirmed from the delivery team that all items have been delivered to you."

There was a time this application was running good. And the service was absolutely fantastic, but now, as I am saying it's through my own from 2 months or 3 months, maybe more, the service is not that much good as it was previous, they are removing the people and giving multiple orders for the one person delivery and there is no perfect timing for the delivery.

Worst experience with Blinkit. They instantly accepted my order and charged my credit card, but later cancelled it saying the item was out of stock. If the product wasn't available, why was the order accepted in the first place? Payment gets deducted immediately, but refund takes 4-7 days for a mistake from Blinkit's side. Customers should not have to wait for their own money because of poor inventory management. Very disappointing service
