I am extremely disappointed with Blinkit’s handling of promotional offers and the way my recent order was managed. My major concern is: if a free gift/item is not actually available, why is it being offered to customers in the first place when they meet the required purchase amount? Even more concerning, when the item was not delivered, the app still showed it as “Delivered.” Customers, please be careful when selecting promotional/free-gift off. selected ⭐ m not getting option without star...
