A very versatile app that makes planning more convenient and accessible. I started this app to get items for wedding favors and was impressed by the nice packaging, prompt delivery and overall good customer experience. My one complaint is that there are way too many options that are always unavailable. it seems more like a marketing strategy than anything else. Anyways keep up the good work.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Service Ever Very bad experience with Blinkit. The order was picked up for return but I have still not received my refund even after many days. They are very quick to take money, but when it comes to refunds, there is only delay and false status updates. The app keeps showing “refund initiated” but the amount never gets credited to the bank account. Customer support is also useless and gives no proper resolution. Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all.

App works well & does what it claims. Very swift service, delivery & packing of orders is done nicely. No complaints regarding delivery personnel either. Rarely does the app glitches & have encountered payment gateway issues a few times but it gets resolved timely. The thing that concerns me is the actual state of the delivery person each time, they look so rushed. Suggestion to add a "URGENCY SCALE" coz sometimes you don't really need it in 10 mins.
