BlockP is a content blocker app. In addition to NSFW content blocking, BlockP can also block gambling apps, gaming, dating and social media apps. It will help you in improving you stay focused and enhance productivity.

Accessibility services: This app uses the accessibility service permission (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) to block adult content websites.

System alert window: This app uses the system alert window permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) to show a block window over adult content.

Ratings and reviews

the AI is way too aggressive. most of the time I'm not even sure what triggers the block. I had it block anything from close ups of hands in a YouTube thumbnail, to people in shorts. I don't know what model they're using, but it's not very precise. also, the app absolutely shreds my battery on s24u. it's the most draining app by a factor of 2 at least, sometimes 3. hopefully this gets resolved. I'm torn on the AI thing. I guess I can see it can be useful, but right now it's a bit of a PITA

Mostly fine but I had to disable the AI because of too many false positives, many times with YouTube videos of lens and phone reviews. The keyword blocker sometimes trips up too, like when I was looking up a story on someone mistaking a picture of Obi-Wan Kenobi for Jesus and thinking I was looking for the stuff between "Ob" and "enobi." Thankfully, entering his name worked on the app but it's still a bit annoying. Otherwise, it does what it says it's supposed to do.

Just purchased the subscription a few days ago. I had questions and contacted customer support, they replied quickly and answered all of my questions. The app, even before the subscription, has been helping me for quite awhile. It is easy to navigate through and is very effective in blocking content and websites. I don't normally write reviews, however this app does an excellent job, and judging by other porn-blocking apps, it is definitely the more affordable choice.
