The Bloomberg B-Unit verifies the identity of Bloomberg Anywhere users when accessing the Bloomberg Terminal®. The B-Unit app makes it faster and more convenient - but just as secure - for Bloomberg Anywhere users with supported Android phones* to access the Terminal. The login process consists of scanning a QR code and verifying the user's identity using the built-in fingerprint reader on their phone.

*This app is only available to Bloomberg Terminal customers with a Bloomberg Anywhere subscription and a device originally shipped with Android 8 or higher and Google Play services. Works very well! Happy to get rid of another physical token! 5th star to be granted once you enable pin code authentication as an alternative to fingerprint or even face recognition.

Unable to get alert notification after the recent update. Please fix otherwise your app is awesome.

I have a Nokia 8 running the latest Android version (or the semi latest). In the work-remotely era, the BUNIT is a pain and almost always needs an override to be granted when syncing remotely. I was excited when I heard about the app but it says my device isn't supported when I install it. Frustrating, very. Either improve the BUNIT hard token sync capabilities over remote sessions or just enable app on Nokia 8...
