Great app Works as expected. Great to have money system that when you write a check it actually pulls the money or immediately so you don't accidentally over spend. I have never had a fee chafed in the 3/4 years I've had a blue bird account. The one time I did have a check get declined even though the money was in the account and being held, they gave me an extra $25 in case I was charged an NSF fee with out having to ask our even bring up. They called and left a voicemail letting me know what happened.
Convenient I appreciate the convenience of this app: It can show me my balance without me logging on and I can transfer funds from my Mastercard to this one. I also really appreciate being able to get a personalized card for my teen daughter that i can control, send funds to, and view all the transactions. HOWEVER it was very difficult getting her card activated and about 50% of the time it tells me "unable to process your request at this time" when I am trying to look at her transactions.
Family Account doesn't work This app was great! Until I hired a nanny and tried to use the Family Account feature. Difficulty activating the card and then when I tried to look at here account it says that "Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try again at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience." When is a later time because I've tried every day this week!
Bluebird mobile It's the best card that I've seen in a long time. And no fees hmm. Also you can get money early on your card. Most prepaid cards charge fee, use this card @ Walmart, doesn't charge any fees, and you can load it @ Walmart without fees added on for putting money on your card. Love It!!!!!
Frustrated and Disappointed My parents bought me this card in an effort to stop paying crazy money transfer services like Western Union. However, when I tried to register the card I was unable. I called Customer service only to find that they really have no system in place to actually help. So, I tried to put more money on the card and I was denied. In order to pay a bill over the phone, I had to purchase another card,and use both to make my purchase. I tried to register the second card and it too failed. I'm very disappointed.
Great app but latest update is broken! This used to be a great way to keep a handle on my account, write checks, pay my bills, and transfer money between accounts. Ever since the recent update I can only log in and see my account balance, but no transactions at all, keep getting an error message and a 1800 customer service number to call, please fix ASAP!
