Ratings and reviews

This card and banking option are a scam. I have yet to receive my permanent card even though it has been over a month since I ordered it. The foreign and absolutely useless. They hose and close every single caller and don't understand basic requests. They can't process anything efficiently. They are constantly locking my card and not sending my permanent card. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I will be switching my direct deposit asap.... again.

Horrible company. Website wouldn't register card I bought - had to try several browsers, finally after an hour and a half trying it worked on Chrome. Upon registering my account they removed $7.95 off my balance for a monthly fee, not even an hour after registering. Called customer service, they hung up on me 2x after 20 minutes each call. Please don't use these prepaid cards, I'm sorry if you already bought one, you'll lose most if not all your money.

The app constantly says that "it currently can not view your account information. Click the retry button." Little to no customer service. The only thing a human representative can do is resend a lost or stolen card. For some reason, the subaccount debit card doesn't work at all, even after I transferred money into it. Their is very limited information on the app or desktop browser pertaining to my account information, so I feel like i'm going in circles looking to solve my issue.
