Terrible That's the best way I could describe this app. I bought a card for $20 can't use the card because the $20 is pending all night like 12 hours as soon as it's not pending balance goes of $15. service fee... I never used the service. I asked, can I get the first month waived? They refused? I don't mind paying the service fee I just never used the service before they took out the fee and they refused to waive the first month, I'm done terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN

We're sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your spendwell experience. Cash loads should be available in your account within minutes of loading but will show in your account as pending for two business days. This status should not impact your ability to spend. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact customer care at 1-833-609-8472.

I have gotten 2 suspicious activity emails and was locked out of the app when I made legitimate purchases online. Most of the time when there is any kind of flag like that, you get a text or email asking if the purchase was you and you can say yes or no. your card is locked and are forced to pay the $5 for a new one even though you did nothing wrong, it is the back end engineers that did lazy programming. Fix this issue asap

I would definitely recommend spendwell to anyone who doesn't want to use a mainstream bank. It has been very helpful, and I love that it is free to add money to the card, at DG anyways. On the application, I don't understand why they can't let me input the cvv number when it is asking for it. Definitely my fault for not remembering the password, but make it easier to verify. All in all, I definitely recommend it.
