If I could give 0 stars, I would. Trying to register the card on line was a disaster! Called the # on the card and spoke with someone whose accent was nearly unintelligible and was told, basically, that I was screwed. Card could NOT be registered. When I asked why, I just got a run around. Was told I could make online or in store purchases but could not add any more money. Tried to make an online purchase, declined. I am now out $51.00. I've read talk of a class action. Sign me up!

I would definitely recommend spendwell to anyone who doesn't want to use a mainstream bank. It has been very helpful, and I love that it is free to add money to the card, at DG anyways. On the application, I don't understand why they can't let me input the cvv number when it is asking for it. Definitely my fault for not remembering the password, but make it easier to verify. All in all, I definitely recommend it.

I have gotten 2 suspicious activity emails and was locked out of the app when I made legitimate purchases online. Most of the time when there is any kind of flag like that, you get a text or email asking if the purchase was you and you can say yes or no. your card is locked and are forced to pay the $5 for a new one even though you did nothing wrong, it is the back end engineers that did lazy programming. Fix this issue asap
