I bought their prepaid card for an online purchase, the company takes serve card too, I checked. no matter what I do it says the bank is declining it and ive talked to customer support like 6 times which is a nightmare (btw if u wanna speak to a real person when u go through the automated system press 6 for main menu, then 0, they dont tell u about it but 0 is for a person.) each time ive talked to em tho they say they fixed it and same thing, I imagine all the 5 star reviews are fake.

I have had the Serve Account and app since almost the beginning. Now that it is going away I don't have any other way to do my banking. I have received many emails here lately stating the last day on which what will happen. In one email and several there after, it stated the app was not going away until after May 5, 2026. However am upset because I do not know how much is even in my account now because the app hasnt worked in over a week. 😞

I've had this card and account for many years. It's by far the best and most practical prepaid card. There are nearly zero fees. I'm sorry to find out they are doing away with it. I've tried netspend or chime,that advertise how positive they are. But they leave out the negatives which far outweigh the positives. They give the impression that everything is free, when instead nearly everytime you use it you pay high fees. walmart prepaid pretty much the same. I hope American Express replaces it
