I've had this card for almost 10yrs.. I haven't had a serious problem. Only recently I frequently get fraud alerts asking if I made a certain purchase. Before I was able to reply back yes or no and my card would be locked until I replied but now I don't get a text with that option and have to constantly call customer service and they ask for whole social, card number, and pin number during automated part before speaking to someone and it take them forever to verify. A $0.98 charge locked card

The customer service experience was terrible. I typically receive my tax refund quickly by loading it onto a card I've had for 2 years. Unfortunately, I lost my card this year. When I tried to send the money to myself via Ria at Walmart, the app wouldn't allow it. Despite verifying my information 3 times, the customer service representative insisted it was incorrect, which was confusing. After speaking to a manager who abruptly hung up on me, I eventually had to verify myself through email.

Worse then the previous version. Keeps on crashing and connection fails. Difference with the old app is that it is all in a different spot and a bit more flashy. Wished they had spend more time on quality. Also since the update direct deposita don't come at the same time of day anymore. Sometimes a day later. I can see through work when ACH sends files. They are send to Amex. They just don't process.
