if I could put 0 stars in would. I got this card to pay a bill and on the front of the card it says it is free to load money onto it. but it arguably is not because in order to use the card you must pay a $1.95 fee when purchasing the card, and then you must pay a $9.95 fee again when you activate the card. this is a complete scam. do not use this app or give this "bank" any of your business. when I called to ask for a refund and to close my account customer support, said not possible.

I bought their prepaid card for an online purchase, the company takes serve card too, I checked. no matter what I do it says the bank is declining it and ive talked to customer support like 6 times which is a nightmare (btw if u wanna speak to a real person when u go through the automated system press 6 for main menu, then 0, they dont tell u about it but 0 is for a person.) each time ive talked to em tho they say they fixed it and same thing, I imagine all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Cannot load money -- Never had an issue until about a week ago. It gives error message, 'try back later' when trying to add money. Both the app and website. I've tried my phone, tablet and computer. Evidently since an update, a lot of people have been having issues. Hope it gets fixed soon, otherwise I will have to find a different prepaid card. It's no good if one cannot add money to the card.
