It's broken. For the last few weeks it's been slowing my phone down and I can hardly open or use it. Whenever I click the app it takes too long to respond and keeps giving a pop-up to either close the app or wait. I choose wait but it's still slow, can barely navigate through the app, and even after quitting the app, the phone is slow and I keep getting the same pop-up until I eventually hit close... Basically unusable. This should not be happening on an S24 Ultra. I hope it's fixed soon...

Hello Celal Işık, thank you for your feedback. Have you tried to delete the app and install it again on your device? It is possible a last update did not process well on your device and by then reactivating it again it could fix the slowness. If the problem continues, you can call our helpdesk at 02 433 40 93 to further investigate the problem.

each time i do a payment of higher value, the app complains that the beneficiary name is not correct but it fails to suggest the correct name, or it cannot do immediate transfer due to some technical issue, and then when i need to enter beneficiary country name, i have to enter it in english although app language is set to dutch... the app feels like it was a sloppy effort by an IT student...

Update, after 2 years i was able to log in but now i have another problem. I literally can not log in to ItsMe (Something i desperately need) due to a "Technical failure" EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. For an expensive bank you are pathetic in the way you have your app built.
