Worst app. Unable to register on my oneplus Nord 5 device. Always getting error unable to detect SIM. Learn something from other apps how to build an app. And also change your useless development team. Edit: As per your reply. Could you please tell how someone can send email from registered mobile no? And also how to take screenshot shot when app has blocked taking of screenshot???

Ridiculous customer service. wait for 30 min to connect on call. System down call back later. Disconnected. No empathy or apologies. Email team (crm) doesn't respond until a week and when they respond, it's without reading the actual query or Email trials. * star is too much for the service you provide. Pls upskill your team on customer services. Ticket id 15813902. Received sms about the dispatch of a card which is already delivered. Proves that your team doesn't actually understand the problem

Unable to open the app just after login. it shows various errors. 1. Unable to detect the sim but I have my sim inserted. 2, Unable to fetch card details. please fix it ASAP. As it is that it is hard to reach your customer care. They are always busy.
