Ratings and reviews

credit limit approved by the bank is too low though I have good CIBIL score and take home pay. Offers on online purchase are sometime available but unable to use this card for high value purchase due to less credit limit. Recently I had to purchase TV and Mobile using other credit method due to very low credit available in BOB card. I had taken up this with BOB bank customer care to enhance credit limit. I have SB account with BOB in which my monthly income is credited. But BOB did not consider.

Security is a joke, not able to sign-out from my last phone. I deleted all the app data and cache from my last last phone and took out the SIM and still I could log in with my biometric & mpin. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it didn't sign me out. it's like an eternal bond, once signed in you can never sign out. Help me on this, else next time there will be another marvel story debuting BOB😁

1. Stop this annoying pop-up which comes every 5 second on the screen, asking to give Phone permission. 2. Work on your systems whereby, the bill payment transactions are realtime reflected on the app & not after 2 days. 3. Overall look & feel of the all can be way better & improved. EDIT: Yes, you did update the app & now it just crashes the moment I open. absolute genius people are handling this issue
