The face scan was extremely uncomfortable! (why does this exist) , had to retake it many times , you need to be very slow (i was rushing cause i hate it..) , bank assistant had to help me retake the picture of my id too... 😭 , code takes more then 1min to generate sometimes it doesn't work..needing to resend another code + i hate the promotions in my email , i didn't ask for useless the ads! please improve your systems!!! 💔

It takes nearly one minute to generate a QR code. Payment has never been so frustrating especially when there is a long queue behind. In addition, can the App shows the credit card balance amount ? Right now only the transaction history is shown. I will have to login via the website to get my balance amount or statement to pay the card. How silly is that.
