It always makes you sign in whenever you get out the app to go to a different app even if you just signed in 1 min ago

This app is terrible, verification failed when I sent a clear photo of front and back of my ID, I tried multiple different times with different lightings, and now the app won't let me use the email with the account. I have to contact support or I cannot use the app. Update: Support got back to me and told me that the app is 18+ even though it doesn't tell me that ANYWHERE, support was fast atleast.

I downloaded it when applying for a job. I never made an account or anything, but my phone started acting awful after downloading. I got rid of it, and my phone is functioning fine again. I don't want the app or the job.
