Wasted money and broken system! They claim to be the No. 1 app to watch the World Cup in Bangladesh, but their servers crashed instantly during the opening ceremony. Worse, because I tried logging in multiple times during the load, the app counted my single phone as multiple separate devices. Now that the server is back up, it says "device limit exceeded" and blocks me entirely. I bought the 199 TK pack and haven't been able to watch a single second of the game. Absolute fraud.

I can't even sign in to the app, how do you expect users to watch FIFA broadcasts when the most basic feature signing in doesn't work? I wasted 20 minutes trying to sign in, and the app failed every single time. Instead of focusing on broadcasting major events, you should first fix login issues and improve the app's stability. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Purchased the FIFA pack. Couldn't watch the opening ceremony due to traffic. Their app literally crashed. Totally disappointed. Even now, when I'm trying to watch a match, I can't. Not on my phone, not even on TV. Worst experience by far. If there were any process of cancelling the subscription and getting refund, I'll immediately go for that.
