I can't even sign in to the app, how do you expect users to watch FIFA broadcasts when the most basic feature signing in doesn't work? I wasted 20 minutes trying to sign in, and the app failed every single time. Instead of focusing on broadcasting major events, you should first fix login issues and improve the app's stability. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Very disappointing experience. During live streams, the video frequently lags and freezes, then resumes with delayed audio/video. The app is also very slow and laggy overall. The worst part is that I still see ads every time I open the app, even after paying for a subscription. Paid users should have an ad-free experience. Please fix the streaming issues, improve performance, and remove ads for subscribers.

Android TV App just shows a blank black screen – No live matches! Total waste of a premium subscription. For the past two days, I haven't been able to watch a single live match on my TV. The app opens and shows the side menu layout, but the entire main screen where the live and upcoming matches are supposed to appear is completely blank and black. It just sits there doing absolutely nothing. If your TV app can't actually display the content we are paying for, stop charging us. Fix this
