Ratings and reviews

For me, the eID based identification simply does not work. Or, rather, it claims to succeed and then remains in unidentified status. Funnily enough, I can access my Schufa account with the same eID card without any issues. edit: I reached out to support and they failed to provide a solution. As I won't share my bank account just to identify myself (for limited functionality!) and the german issued eID card is not accepted by the company, my only recourse is to delete my account. Waste of time.

The app does not work - it just gets stuck in the identification step. It is therefore pointless to comment on the clunky UI, which looks like it has been drawn with crayons, and without any thought given to whether the size of the fields is enough to display the data, or whether one can see the buttons one is supposed to press on. It is really weird this pre-alpha-test app has been released into the wild ...

Disappointing so far. Not as great as it describes itself. Just gives a proxy Schufa score that isn't good for anything. Gonna terminate my account. When linking my bank account their service doesn't allow me to select how to receive my TAN (have two devices listed and it only sends to the first one). I actually went through the trouble of deleting my primary device to receive the TAN and authorization still fails (only received generic error msg from bonify) Too often no content loads in app.
