Ratings and reviews

So far as an app goes, it is okay. Now try to make a reservation. Fair odds (1 in 4) that your booking will have issues. For example, they make a booking in a hotel that does not really have rooms. The hotel itself is a fake listing and takes your reservation. The hotel just declines your booking after the fact to make more $$$ from your room. Now say you need help, the app is terrible for that. No live chat and wonky message UXUI.

Their customer service is non-existent. They will simply leave you hanging. Don't use this platform. I have friends who warned me about this scam of a platform and I wish I heeded their warnings! But I'm sure done with them for good! I travel a lot, both for work and fun and it is beyond inconvenient when your reservation platform cares zero about the people who make them money! There are plenty of better options out there!

Generally always use booking, but thinking twice now. I'm genius level 3 after booking loads of properties through the years, advertised as get higher discounts and so on, sounds great. Did an experiment, my friend level 1, me level 3. Same property in search, yet for the same accomodation same dates, mine was 24 more expensive! More loyal more get ripped off it seems. Also customer service isn't great, takes 24 hours to reply, not good when locked out of property and need urgent help
