Easy to report rent payments. The credit score improvements aren't that big (a few points a month on average for me) but I think it's worth it for the price. The reporting is easy and automatic once you get it set up. I wish it was a bit easier to make changes to your rental. My roommates and I changed the rent split and I couldn't figure out how to change my rent in the app. It had some trouble recognizing my payments because I have to pay in increments because my bank limits daily zelle.

Seems to have issues reporting every few months for one reason or another. They are supposed to be refunding me my full paying price for the time I used it. Could not get my last lease straightened out even though the address had always been the same. Didn't bother telling me they couldn't refund me because my payment method had changed. Repeated emails and excuses. I'm waiting on my check in the mail, Boom Pay!

Easy to use and great customer service. Because my apartment management is out of date with their process of rent payments, I never got the opportunity to utilize my paying rent for my credit score. Boom is really easy to use and when I needed to update the rent amount per month, they took care of everything for me *so* fast. I really appreciate their services and especially their customer service. They didn't make me wait. I also really like their app. Basic and user friendly!
