Your Flex to Go app allows you to access and manage your Consumer Directed Health Accounts.

The app allows you to:

- View account balances and details
- View transaction details
- Submit supporting documentation
- Submit claims for reimbursement
- Set up or change direct deposit
- View demographic information
- Change notification settings
- Contact administrator

Ratings and reviews

This entire changeover to the new portal has been a total disaster. It just gets stuck loading when attempting to log in. I can still log in from a browser, but they've also completely messed up my dependent flex account to where none of the transactions or my balance are shown correctly.

Terrible user experience. Directions aren't clear. Difficult to navigate.

Company is terrible. App is about as useless. Can't pay balance because it won't let me change payment source and customer support takes days.
