Terrible!!!! Most difficult app and website to order from. In the app, I go to checkout, put all my info in, and when I click place order, it says no items in the cart, WTH!!! On their full website, I go to check out, and it says billing zip code not filled out, missing city, zip code, and address. When I clearly entered everything needed. This store makes it so difficult to order online as if they really don't want your business. Freaking crazy!!!

The place to go if you need boots or apparel. There are lots of choices and something to fit most styles. Work boots to exotics that you can try on and get a feel for. I've also ordered online and received a couple items that didn't have the ideal fit, taken them to the store and received great customer service with exchanges and returns. I've visited stores in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado, and they were all on par with selection and service. Definitely stop by if you have a chance.

Am I supposed to see in-store purchases, because I am not? 6/29/2025: I dropped another star. The app is extremely slow and now won't let me purchase items. I have items in my cart, but it states "no items in cart" when I try to check out. I've tried every possible way to troubleshoot. Apparently Boot Barn doesn't want me to give them my money. I noticed a lot of the positive reviews are people erroneously reviewing the stores, and not the app. That's dumb. The app is far from a 4.5 rating.
