Ratings and reviews

There's no point trying to shop on this app, as it's unbearable. Slow page loading, refreshes randomly, reviews disappear, often shows an error message, categories don't work. There's barely anything on this app that is functional. I've also submitted various feedback reports with screenshots of the error screens, etc, but nothing has come from it.

What an absolutely dreadful app. It's hard to believe that in 2024, there can be such a truly awful app. It's just taken me two hours to try and place an order - only 24 items - because the pages were so slow to load within the app and because it kept giving errors. Just tried to checkout with PayPal and gave an error code after three minutes of processing. The app is truly dire. It doesn't even serve its most basic functions. If you bill my card without completing the order there'll be trouble!

Terrible. Very slow, numerous "technical error", "basket unavailable", "try again later". It took me almost 1h to finalise my order, with a huge amounts of errors and retries. Sometimes the basket appeared empty (which is incredibly frustrating when you've spent 40+ min getting to that point). I will be going back to the Superdrug one
