Once or twice I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't go past the login screen. It will act like it's loading and then just go back to login. In general, the interface is just not user friendly. I consider myself pretty good with phones, but I can't imagine how difficult this app would be to navigate for someone who is smartphone illiterate.

This update is Garbage! It takes half a dozen steps to find your recent transactions and they're not easy to read line items anymore... The simplest info is the hardest to find and there are no shortcuts other than quick balance view. Terrible! Give us the option for the old app! Looks like my 5 yr old designed this!

Idk what happened but in the last two weeks balances are wrong and the app no longer accepts my fingerprint. It also tells me my password is wrong after I just changed it and locks me out. Super frustrating, I got the app so that I wouldn't have to keep wasting my gas going to the ATM to check my balance. Please fix it.
