App is absolute garbage. Have never been able to log in using the app. Will reset my password, talk to the front desk, even made a new account, and for years now I can't even log in to view my account. At this point ive, given up on even trying. The entire layout of logging in and verifying through a plastic barcode you only get once is stupid. And god forbid you lose the barcode before you attempt to make an account on the app, because then you're just SOL.

All ot does it let you check class schedules... nothing else useful. I wish you could use the app to check-in instead of having to bring your card and ID everytime. Also wish it could track your workouts like Planet Fitness' (PF) app does. PF has QR codes on all of their machines to scan with the app and then you can either enter workout details, or, if it's a digital machine like a treadmill, you take a pic and the app scrapes the details. So you can track your progress.

Other than using the app to scan in at the gym. I do not use it. I also wish the elevate fitness trainers account was connected to it as well. I have no way of tracking that without asking them. And the app does not connect to google chrome in or to download my invoices. I need them for insurance purposes and not having the ability to log on online and save files is ridiculous. Something needs to change with that. It super frustrating!
