The app allows pregnant and post-partum patients to record and track blood pressure measurements and securely share them with their healthcare provider. When readings exceed predefined clinical thresholds, both the patient and care team are notified for timely review.

WeLiveOn connects with Health Connect to securely read blood pressure measurements entered by the user. Access to this data is required to monitor blood pressure trends during pregnancy and identify elevations associated with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

Blood pressure data is used solely to:
