Unbelievable! I just used this app with the water flow prompt at 5.5 bpm. I ran my own music in the background. All I can say is unbelievable! My arms and legs are soooo relaxed. Hope this helps with blood pressure. Judging by how relaxed I feel, I have high hopes that it will. Wish I could take my tablet to the dentist....I wouldn't need the relaxing stuff they give me.. .
Does what it says on the tin A nice simple, clean and functional design. App definitely helps to calm you and it's great that it can be done in 5 minutes or so. I was expecting a few variations on techniques so 4 stars rather than 5.
Very Good app for HBD My blood pressure corrected 10 point after use it regulary. I have a short breath when I get stress or in computer working. This app help me to reprogram my breath habit.
For someone with panic disorder This app is great for someone with panic disorder like me. The visual and audio cues help me to relax when I am having a panic attack. Also being able to use as a tool to help retrain how you breathe is exceptional.
Best app ever! I love this app! It has helped me decrease my stress and even fall asleep at night. It is easy to use and doesn't have so many options that it becomes overwhelming. I highly recommend it.
Should not stop on sleep When I close the screen, it stops the app. This behaviour is, ironically, stressing me out. Get rid of this behaviour and I'll give it a 5.
