The excersices are great, but they STOP when the phone goes to the idle mode. I already increased the screen shut off time to the maximum available amount. In the middle of the flow you have to open your eyes, unlock the phone and restart. this is definitely frustrating and with how much it costs per month it is unacceptable. other meditation apps somehow found a work around. the passive track just stopped while I was writing this review!

very clear vocal, good instruction and very useful to continue every day breath work sessions

I found the breathwork journey profound and life changing the first time. However, the app constantly crashes, and you have to restart it, which disrupts the experience. I have stopped doing it because having to restart every 5 minutes means you can't get in the flow and it's just frustrating. Also, I paid for a number of other products that are all locked and I can't access them. I've written about 6 emails requesting access and also asking about this issue with the app, and no one has replied.

What’s new

We’ve made 9D Breathwork smoother and more reliable. Journeys now open more consistently, Bluetooth playback handles disconnections better, and finding the right journey is easier. We’ve also improved profile photo saving, streamlined the first-run experience, and resolved a number of smaller issues.

For facilitators, session management is now more seamless, including clearer upcoming sessions and the ability to add Microsoft Teams links when creating a session.
